God is Your GPS
Remember when we used a map to get directions?
Maybe you are too young to remember, but once upon a time, we would
pull out a huge map and try to navigate from state to state, road to road, to get from
point A to point B.
That seems like a thousand years ago doesn’t it? haha
I’m so thankful for GPS on my phone and in my car.
I know I can get anywhere, so I no longer have to ask anyone for directions.
AND THAT IS FANTASTIC!!!
Wouldn’t it be great if we had a satellite system that told us where we’re going in life
and how to get there?
I want to let you in on a little secret….
God is your GPS!
Just because you can’t see him, doesn’t mean he is not there…
working everything out for your good. We just have to remind our brain.
Even when you feel like nothing is going right in life, God is aligning everything for your good. He is making a way for you just like your phone’s GPS tells you how to get to the nearest gas station. You just have to pay attention so you can make the right turn… go the right path.
If you can trust in your GPS on your phone to get you to the World’s Most Famous Ice-cream Shop, don’t you think it’s time to start believing that God can lead you to a happier more fulfilled life?
Having an awareness in God’s ability to lead me changed my life.
And it can change your’s too.
Believing that He has a specific blueprint JUST FOR YOU is so exciting!
Do you like who you are?
I’m not just talking about appearance…
What do you feel when you look at yourself?
Shame…Depressed…Doubt…Joy…Proud…Disappointed…
There is only so much truth you can see about yourself until you allow God to be your GPS. When you decide it is time for him to take the wheel, you will be able to see where you are going. You will be able to see who you are. You will begin to be proud of the steps you are taking to live a more confident and purposeful life.
James 1:22 says, “Don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says.
Otherwise, you are only fooling yourself.”
What is God’s Word saying about you?
He is not saying you are worthless, too far gone, and there is no hope for you… I can tell you that as sure as the sun is shining. ☀️
Jesus believed you were important enough that’s for sure. And He wants you to love who you are. He wants you to live a life full of peace and purpose.
It’s SO possible for you to LOVE YOUR LIFE. I guarantee it!
